At Sakurada Industries, we respond to requests for high-precision machining, including various molds, die sets, and kneading machine parts, as well as a combination of wire cutting, electrical discharge machining, grinding, and 3D machining. We have a range of well-equipped facilities with sufficient specifications, including NC lathes with a maximum machining diameter of 400 mm, a 5-axis gantry machining center with a machining range of 4000 mm x 2000 mm, and horizontal machining centers. Additionally, for precision machining of mold components that require high accuracy and quality, we utilize 3D CAD/CAM and employ wire electrical discharge machines, electrical discharge machines, surface and cylindrical grinding machines, and profile grinders.
